Needs Analysis
In approaching the design of your company's web site, it is recommended that we begin with a needs
assessment consultancy which addresses all of the issues vital to the site's success. This consultancy comes in two stages: first, a meeting with one of our consultants during which we can gather the information
necessary to analyze your company's needs; and second, a report which both outlines your company's Internet needs and recommends the ideal approach to fulfilling those needs.

Once the needs review is complete we begin the story boarding process. With pencil drawn story boards, we present proposed design and layout concepts for your site.
These story boards cover design, usability, and corporate identity issues. This step in the design process is essential as it ensures that the design concepts are well developed and fully accepted before proceeding to
site construction. This means that the site construction process is entirely 100% focussed and efficient - we don't end up 3/4 of the way down road 'A' only to discover that road "B" is more appropriate.

Site Creation
With the site design concepts fully detailed in
the story boards, the site creation stage is very focussed and effective. The story boards are passed on to our talented and experienced design and programming team who take the pencil concepts and turn them into fully
functional, stunning, and usable web sites. The site creation stage is, essentially, a translation stage. The pencil drawings are translated into the digital medium, and the web site is born.To the top Site Testing
Once the web site has been built, it needs to be tested for a number of vital criteria including:
Browser Compatibility: the site will be tested for compatibility on all common Internet platforms including Netscape and Internet Explorer. Screen Compatibilty: it will also be tested on a variety of screen
resolutions and color settings. Data Accuracy: the content must be checked for accuracy and spelling; Error Free: Once the site has been fully tested, it is then certified OK and ready for launch.

When the site has been fully tested and is certified ready to go, it is launched to the World Wide Web.
The search engines are notified of its presence, and a set of recommendations and guidelines for the promotion of the site will be provided. You now have a fully functioning ideal company web presence on the Internet, a
site which responds to your business needs, fulfills your business goals, and furthersyour long term business strategy.
